Can I order online?

At the moment you cannot order products directly from the website. You must contact us through the website in “Contact Us”, email, phone or Whatsapp.

How can I pay?

Once you receive the quote, you can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Zelle (from US banks)

 

Are all products available for all countries?

Device Optical serves customers from Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America through the city of Miami, USA. However, there are some limitations due to distribution agreements and some products are not available for some countries. Please contact us to find out if the product you want is available for your country.

Can I order and pick up at your Miami store?

Yes, you can pre-order and pick up in Miami, or visit our store Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. We recommend confirming in advance if the product you want is in stock.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship by different ways depending on the type of product and the final destination. Please contact us for shipping options for your country.

Do you ship within the USA?

Yes, we can ship to your hotel during your stay, or to your contact within the USA.

Do you have offices in Latin America?

Device Optical only has offices in Miami, USA.

What is the warranty period for your products?

The warranty period depends on the product, and varies between 1 and 3 years. For reconditioned equipment, please consult.

Do you provide technical support?

We provide technical support from our office in Miami. Most support is direct from the factory via remote internet. Only in exceptional cases the equipment have to be returned to the factory for service.
